If you're anything like the rest of us at Martin & Mango (geeks!)—guess what, you're in for a treat! In this post, we are on an adventure to satisfy the nerds inside each of us with book recommendations on plant care, home styling and propagation.

There's nothing like the smell or touch of a book. Yes, we live in the digital age now but really, is there anything that can ever replace or replicate the experience of flipping through a physical book? Well no, at least not in our humble opinions…

We have scoured through a good number of books to identify some of our favourites for the new plarent, the homeowner and the plant geek (that's us!). Enjoy these recommendations!

For the new plarent

If you are keen to share your plant passions with your friends and family, go ahead and display it as a coffee book—we've found the eye-catching cover to be a great conversation-starter.

Coupled with incredible photography, Hilton Carter's "Wild at Home" not only shares many practical plant styling tips but also includes numerous DIY projects, and information on plant care and propagation. The content in the book is well thought out and its attention to detail is refreshing. Consider yourself warned—we found it extremely challenging to go through this book and not want to start immediately on our next plant project. If you're looking for a beautiful plant book purely to flip through, this is it and so much more—beware!
